1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jittt ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Member," "Player," or "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at jittt.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications operated by jittt.

By completing the account registration process on jittt, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply. These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the duration of your membership with jittt.

jittt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a real-money account with jittt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards applicable to online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Proof of age may be required at any stage of your membership.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming through jittt.cam is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific locality before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit your use of gambling or gaming services.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion order that would restrict your participation in online gaming activities.
• Responsible Gaming: You must not be registered with any voluntary exclusion program that applies to online gaming platforms in the Philippines.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games on jittt, you are required to complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• One Account Policy: Each individual person may hold only one jittt account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. jittt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them without notice.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jittt login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your jittt account while logged in will be treated as activity by you.
• KYC Verification: jittt may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.
• Accuracy of Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jittt are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jittt supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on jittt is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount via GCash or PayMaya is ₱100. Bank transfer minimums may vary by provider.
• Withdrawal Verification: jittt reserves the right to verify the source of funds and the identity of the account holder prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of verification checks.
• Payment Ownership: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to conduct transactions using a third party's payment method may result in immediate account suspension.
• Currency: jittt does not accept foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. All transactions must be denominated in PHP. jittt is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your financial institution.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jittt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jittt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are made available at the time the promotion is announced. The following general conditions apply to all jittt bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible jittt members as specified in each promotion. jittt reserves the right to exclude members from promotional eligibility at its sole discretion, including where fraud, abuse, or multiple-account activity is suspected.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse. jittt reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashable amount. This limit will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jittt are provided by licensed game software providers including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and Spadegaming. Each game is governed by its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters, which are disclosed on the game card within the jittt lobby.

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on jittt use independently certified RNG systems. jittt does not alter or adjust the base RTP of any game beyond what is disclosed by the game provider.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network interruption, all affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction rules. jittt is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults beyond its control.
• Bet Limits: Each game on jittt is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits as specified within the game interface. jittt reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the result recorded in jittt's server logs will be treated as the authoritative record. The decision of jittt's management with respect to disputed game outcomes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jittt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the jittt platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay
• Creating or operating multiple jittt accounts, whether directly or through a third party
• Accessing the jittt platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary ban
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithmic tool to interact with jittt games or systems without explicit written authorization from jittt
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament offered by jittt
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jittt platform to gain an unwarranted advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the jittt platform or any of its underlying game software
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate gameplay transactions

8 Responsible Gaming

jittt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all game categories available on the platform. We recognize that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help members maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Downward adjustments to deposit limits take effect immediately. Upward adjustments are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically suspended for the relevant period.
• Self-Exclusion: Any jittt member may activate a voluntary self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Members who are self-excluded must not attempt to create new jittt accounts during the exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary break from the jittt platform for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, game assets, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property available on jittt.cam are the property of jittt or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jittt platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or materials from jittt without the prior written consent of jittt.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jittt, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system errors, network interruptions, or software malfunctions not caused by the wilful misconduct of jittt
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or any applicable game rules
• Any unauthorised access to your jittt account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events

jittt's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

jittt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with jittt, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jittt implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12 Account Suspension and Termination

jittt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game or promotion rules
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
• Identification of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder in bad faith
• Any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request

Upon termination of your jittt account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (exclusive of bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jittt reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jittt will provide reasonable notice to active members via a notification on the platform, a message within the member's account, or by email to the registered contact address on file.

Continued use of the jittt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using jittt and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account termination procedures.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jittt platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through jittt's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

jittt's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding unless overturned by an applicable regulatory or judicial authority.
